Potlock Corn Casserole
1 stick Butter (melted)
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 beaten egg
1 can whole corn
1 box Jiffy Cor Bread Mix
Mix all together and stir in 1 Jiffy corn bread . . .

It's sunny and in the 60's here. We pulled out the grill and made hamburgers. Prepared some hamburger toppings and had chips. A simple lunch. We're use to eating simple things so it was perfect. . . .
