I love Chicken salad. Dave does not like his chicken in his salad so he has his separate. I am trying to cook healthier meals since he is trying to loose some weight and lower both out cholesterol.

Dave bought a dehydrator and made some beef jerky yesterday. It is delicious. We usually buy jerky at a place up north called Britners smokehouse. They charge twenty two dollars a lb for it . . .
