We (my mom, my wife, and I) were walking through our local mall, when we saw that an Orange Julius had opened up in our local mall. I like Orange Juliuses. They are very sweet.

I used the recipe from my Bisquick box for the cakes, added my gift peaches and did a little tweaking to create this one. The cornmeal gives the cakes a nice crunch.

This recipe reminds me more of a glaze than a dip. While it sounds good, I think I would brush half of it over the fruit, and mix sour cream and some coconut in the remaining and use that as the dip. . . .
