I nap almost every day. I spend the day really tired if I don't get one. Sometimes it's 30 minutes, sometimes 2 hours. If I have a few busy days in a row and do not get my nap I am usually a zombie. . . .

I teach very young children, and they do "nap" time. I wish that I could do nap. Some mornings I wake up and the first thing that I think about is when can I go back to sleep. . . .
