I'm trying to publish some photos I took recently, but they are too large to publish on gather.
Is there an easy way to resize a jpg file?

Since about 6pm EDT every time I've tried to upload a picture I get an error message that you can only upload jpg's. The default of my scanner is jpg's and my camera only takes jpg's . . . more
