Matt would absolutely LOVE this one! I would probably do a surf and turf style meal with this, since I am not that fond of seafood.

This marinade sounds simple and delicious! Just quadruple the amount of chili powder in mine, please. I would probably also add an acid of some kind like apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
