I read this, this morning and it seriously disturbed me. Indianapolis has a problem with graffiti. It does, I live here, and I have seen it. One of their proposals to clean it up is fine the private property . . .

NY State is about to pass a budget which raises taxes on cigarettes by $1.50 a pack. That's around $525 per year for a "pack-a-day" smoker. This tax hits the poorest among us much harder. . . .
