Asparagus and bacon? What a combo! Occasionally I will sprinkle some fresh grated parmesan over the top to serve.

This recipe sounds super yummy. My only changes would be to make a Hollandaise from scratch and to just barely steam or saute the asparagus. I hate mushy asparagus!

Not normally a fan of smoked salmon, in this simple salad, I think I would give it a try. Asparagus can make just about any dish better!

Rather than poach the chicken, I think I would saute it in olive oil and toss it in the finished sauce to heat through. Otherwise this sounds pretty tasty.
